Breast is best!

It is accepted among almost everyone within the birth community that breastfeeding is the best option for mom and baby for at least the first year of life. After that opinions vary. In Saskatoon, we are very lucky to have the non-profit organization Breastfeeding Matters, which is supported by the Saskatoon Health Region. This Friday, they are having their Annual General Meeting where decisions on meeting and the new executive, as well as a chance to renew your membership. Date:Friday, April 16th
Location: Wendy Stefiuk will be hosting the potluck lunch at 406 Haight Cres.
Time: Noon (but feel free to come as early as 11:30 to set up lunch). AGM Meeting will begin around 1:00.

Welcome to Beyond Birth Doulas!

Beyond Birth Doulas currently consists of two doulas in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. We are Crystal Clarke and Chelsea Dignean. As doulas-in-training, we are offering free doula services until our certification comes through very soon. We are both members of the Prairie Birth Collective and CAPPA Canada.
