It is accepted among almost everyone within the birth community that breastfeeding is the best option for mom and baby for at least the first year of life. After that opinions vary. In Saskatoon, we are very lucky to have the non-profit organization Breastfeeding Matters, which is supported by the Saskatoon Health Region. This Friday, they are having their Annual General Meeting where decisions on meeting and the new executive, as well as a chance to renew your membership.
