Our Childbirth Education classes are based on the knowledge that childbirth is a natural process for a healthy woman. While a natural childbirth is not always possible, we believe that information is key to making it a realistic option. This information will be taught in a safe and accepting environment. Each mom and partner will be actively involved in the learning process as opposed to a lecture-style class. It will be lots of fun and there will be healthy, tasty snacks!
The classes will be taught by Crystal and Chelsea together. Crystal has adult education training through Vancouver Community College. Chelsea is a certified pre-natal yoga instructor and has begun the midwifery school process. Both women are CAPPA-trained Childbirth Educators.
